Autograph
Here is the best part. After getting lost, a long wait, and sore feet, I got my second autograph from an author (George R.R. Martin was the first, but my mother-in-law got it for me).
Interesting tidbit from Butcher’s talk: He claimed the original title of Blood Rites was Ex Ex Ex, but the editors said that sounded too much like a Terry Pratchett title. Again he scornfully said, “Because we’d never want to sell that many books.”
Despite not being able to see, I very much enjoyed myself and will head back if he is in the area again. Next time I will use MapQuest.
